Refund Policy

Mail Order credit refund less shipping and handling. Simply fill out the
return form enclosed with your purchase and return with the item(s) on
your invoice in original condition, within 30 days of invoice date and paid
invoice as proof of purchase.

Sales Policy

Lid’l Dolly’s Dresses accepts orders by phone, fax and where indicated in
our online store on our website here at www.98Dolly.com .
Internet Sales bound to destinations outside the state of Tennessee are
not subject to state sales tax. 

Coupons, Contests, Promotions and Specials

Sales, Promotions, Prices, Contests, Shipping Rates, Terms and Conditions
are subject to change without notice at anytime. Contests may expire or
be discontinued at any time and without notice.  Sales and Discounts are
not valid with any other sale or promotion.  Not responsible for outdated
information stored in the cache on your computer.  Please empty your
cache to view current pages on our site. Use your help option on your
computer or contact the manufacturer of your computer to get more

Shipping

We ship UPS only within the 48 Continental United States.  Sorry, no
shipments can be made to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada. We must have a
physical street address, sorry no PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.  We will
take your order from any location as long as you give us a shipping address
within the 48 Continental United States.

Orders are shipped UPS to your door according to our shipping rates chart.
Orders are usually processed the same day as ordered.  Our orders are
processed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern time.  Orders placed
by 1:00 PM Monday-Friday will be processed the same day and shipped out
on the next business day.  Standard shipping time is 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ship orders only in the 48 Continental United States.
